Kayla is amazing. She worked around the clock to find us a place that fit our budget and needs and was always ready to answer all our questions and concerns. Hunting for a new place to live is stressful enough as it is, especially in Toronto, but Kayla's positivity and candour made things so much easier. She has an extensive knowledge of the city and the types of buildings in it and is able to provide priceless information, like saving you from overpaying or ensuring you don't get stuck in a neighbourhood you won't enjoy. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen, but Kayla is a true ally. I'm not sure what we would've done if we didn't have her on our side.

From the get go, Kayla was up for the task with getting us an apartment rental in downtown Toronto. Our ask of a waterfront central location in an older building was so niche and picky but Kayla met us with great understanding, patience and helped us sign a lease on the most perfect waterfront place!
