Josh Benoliel

Josh Benoliel from Property.ca is an outstanding real estate agent. He has extensive knowledge and expertise. He is diligent, professional, replies promptly and is an excellent communicator. Josh knows his stuff and works very hard. He left no stone unturned in an effort to help us, his clients, with the sale of our home and the purchase of a Condo. We didn’t always agree and Josh would listen to us, while diplomatically advising a different course of action, and emphasizing the decision was ours. We found out over time that we could trust Josh, as he puts his clients first and foremost. When it came time to look for a Condo, we had pretty specific requirements, as to size, location, cost, and the type of building we wanted to live in. As it turned out there was little to nothing available for what we were looking for. We were starting to plan to rent/store our furniture, Josh even offered to help with that too. As luck would have it due to Josh’s tenacity, perseverance and creativity and just weeks prior to our closing date, he got us into our beautiful Condo, at a price point we were comfortable with. We love our new home and consider ourselves very lucky, as we truly believe it would not have been such a happy outcome without Josh, he went above and beyond. I wanted to take a moment to thank Josh for his professionalism and diligence in handling all matters from purchase to close on my new home as well as finding me the perfect unit to lease in the interim while my home was in the closing stages.
