At the same time James was assisting us with finding a new home in Burlington. He provided the same level of effort and professionalism as he did with the sale. He listened to what our family wanted and worked to find options. Our ideas of our needs evolved through the process and James patiently provided thoughtful input as we went along. It was a long process of many months but he continued to work away at finding options. He provided excellent insight into key factors of various locations and options that we had not considered. He found us a perfect fit. He demonstrated his experience in looking after our best interests as we worked through the negotiation process. This included providing options for a highly qualified house inspector which turned out to be a very important factor that we might have overlooked. In the end his experience and negotiation skills allowed us to reach a sale agreement that we would not have been able to achieve without his assistance. We would never consider another real estate agent and highly recommend James Hall to anyone interested in an effective professional agent.
