Awesome! Condos Professional Agent, Farhan Iqbal, at all times was there for us. We are in Singapore to quickly find a Toronto place remotely since we are unable to travel yet. Farhan travel to all our preferred selections on our behalf and with his meta spec showed us virtual showings of actual conditions; highlight instantly the plus and minus; guided us on the process and negotiated a good deal etc. Plus, reminded us on the post agreement essentials like tenant insurance, furniture and set-up utilities account.
