David Bengino was fantastic to work with! He listened to what it was we thought we wanted, and even helped us discover what it was we really wanted. He was patient with us and helped walk us through our first home renting process after our marriage. And it didn't stop when the offer was accepted - He helped us through the closing process and has even sent helpful reminders about final paperwork days after closing! Not only will I work with David again in the future, but I'll be sure to refer all my friends to him, too!

Finding a home is stressful and challenging... and you need professional help. No question at all. Being honest, I had contacted another realtor before him and he was total the opposite of David, literally in everything! David has taken us right away when I called him. He paid attention to our needs and in couple days we had a winner! He sent many matching listings, was always prompt and precise, which are key factors in this sector no matter if you are renting or buying.
