Bianca never made us feel like a number, she was truly invested in our happiness, by ensuring we received everything we were looking for. Finding the right home can be very nerve-racking but Bianca was always on the ball, anticipating our current and future needs. I have worked twice with Bianca and both times she has provided me with the best guidance, available options and made sure the places we saw fit my requirements. I moved to Toronto in July 2021, and stumbled upon Bianca's contact details on condos.ca. By the time I'd met up with Bianca to check out a couple of her condo listings, I had already encountered a couple of other realtors, most of whom were either nonchalant or care very little about resolving the headache I had in needing to find an available apartment to move in to, on an urgent basis, as I was only put up for a month at a local Airbnb. I really lucked out, meeting Bianca. We saw a handful of condos, and every time, Bianca was always very sensitive to the requirements I had communicated to her. Bianca gave very candid advice about the price point (whether it was reasonable, or not, given her knowledge/experience of the market), and whether the area/location of the apartment was desirable/noisy/rowdy, etc. (since I was fresh off the plane). As for the condo I finally settled on, Biance fought hard for me to get a viewing with the landlord, this is even with offers on the table - she didn't just dissuade me from pursuing the condo and asked that I look elsewhere. We managed a squeeze in a viewing early next morning, and papers were signed within days! Even after pen to paper, Bianca continued to guide me through the whole leasing process, including signing up for utilities etc. Now, over 6 months on, I still wake up every morning with a smile on my face, especially when I look out at my panoramic view of the city and the lake. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made to rent my current place, and I have Bianca to thank for that. Thanks.

Bianca is incredible. She is such a joy to work with. I have worked with here twice so far and she helped me find 2 beautiful places to call home. Bianca helped lay out my expectations, was honest about the places we saw, and helped drill down and really prioritize what was most important to me. She was always friendly and always had a smile on her face throughout the entire process. She was super professional, and was always well prepared at each showing. When dealing with all the paperwork after I had found a place, Bianca was always prompt in answering emails and walked me through the entire lease to ensure I understood exactly what I was signing. She insisted that certain terms (terms which I wouldn't have known to request to be added) were added to the lease before I signed. Finally, she was careful to make sure I had everything set up and ready for my move in date so things would go smoothly. Met me in the morning on move in day with the keys and made sure that everything. I am very grateful for all her hard work, and am extremely happy with my new place.
