I first interacted with Avesha around February when I first signed up for Condos.ca. However, I wasn’t looking to move in till July so we couldn’t really start search yet. She reached out to me around end of May to check if I was still looking which I was. From there she was very patient and understanding even though i was extremely picky. We might’ve viewed 12 apartments before I found something I liked and she was so welcoming and helpful through it all. When it came to signing a lease she made sure I got the best price with the best condition. She also was checking and helping me through the whole key exchange and move in process. She helped me find an insurance company for tenants insurance and helped me set up my hydro account. Honestly, my experience couldn’t have been any better and all thanks to her.
