His process is: 1) Listening to clients' needs, wants and concerns 2) Providing his own expertise with regards to your needs/wants/concerns 3) Coming up with a plan together to execute a successful listing/purchase/lease He is very detail oriented when it comes to numbers as well as looking at recent sales and trends on the street, on the block and in the neighborhood. It is an all-encompassing approach with an end goal of having a strong, studied and well-evaluated price target whether you're listing, purchasing or leasing. He is constantly learning and expanding his knowledge of real estate, whether through reading articles, driving through neighborhoods, assessing new buildings, floorplans or developments etc. The world of real estate is constantly evolving and as a prudent agent, he strives to do the same. Outside of real estate he loves to incorporate movement, whether that's hitting the gym, going for a jog or Yoga with Adrienne. He also loves learning about and trading within the stock market.
