Even though I had just fifteen days to move in to a place, he took on the task and within five days, I was on my way to sending the rental application. Aayush guided me in every step of the way, right from understanding my criteria and shortlisting condos to visiting places, sending the application, recommending bid prices and finally signing the contract. Aayush has been very instrumental in our house purchase decision in Canada. We were new to Canada when we started the house buying process and we had little idea about the buying market here. I've had the pleasure of working with Aayush in the summer of 2021. I had been in search of a rental condo in downtown Toronto and needed to move within a month. Given the time crunch, I had reached out to multiple realtors in panic before finding Aayush, and I'm very glad I stuck with him. I worked with Aayush in August of 2021, a time of reopening after COVID-19 in which many people were moving back to Toronto and the market was very competitive. Units were being rented quickly and Aayush was very transparent throughout the entire process. He was very honest and truly felt like he was on my side.
