The Bronte Creek area is a smallish community built between 2004-2008 and mainly by Monarch Homes and Fernbrook. The area features primarily large, single-family detached homes with double garages and an average of four bedrooms, as well as luxury townhouses, many of which back onto lush Bronte Creek Park.
