At close to 1,200 square feet over two storeys, this penthouse unit totally reads like a house. (Except an actual house would never have skyline views like these!) We love the complete separation of the kitchen/living area and the upstairs bedrooms, which makes life a lot easier, especially when people are working from home. 

3 (count ‘em!) balconies! 

Why settle for one outdoor space when you can have three? There’s a terrace off the living area, and a balcony off each of the bedrooms upstairs. That means tons of room for a dining set, a bbq (there’s a built-in gas line), outdoor seating, sunbathing setups – and you could even have the balcony garden of your dreams.

Situated in Dufferin Grove between Bloordale and Brockton Village and just a few blocks over from Roncy, this is a hip, arty area that still retains a bit of an industrial edge. Enigma is right next to a big park, close to the West Toronto Railpath, Dundas West subway and Bloor GO, and the Museum of Contemporary Art is right around the corner.

The price. 

Coming in at $934 a square foot (well under the neighbourhood average of $1,134), this unit is really well-priced. We doubt a deal like this will last long, even in a slower market.
