If you love downtown Toronto condo living and don’t want to miss a Blue Jays game then Optima is perfect for you! Many of the suites in this L-shaped 34-storey tower let you see right inside the Rogers Centre when the dome is open. Completed in 2003, Optima is part of CityPlace’s original phase of condos. The suites are larger than average and noted for practical use of space, making the building appealing for couples and young families. Also worth noting is that unlike some condos for sale in CityPlace, the amenities here are not shared with other buildings. The fitness centre, pool, whirlpool, steam room and terrace are all private - accessible exclusively by Optima residents and their guests. And if you didn't manage to catch that Jays game, you’re also close to exciting bars, restaurants, and shops.

What Residents Are Saying
Absolutely love this building. Stellar security, awesome views, and great amenities. Close park, shopping and grocery. Ripley's aquarium next door, so is the Skydome and CN Tower. Easy transit to union and on Spadina. Movie Theatre, Pool, Guest suite. Gym all downstairs. Lived here for many years moved out, missed it and moved back in. thedirt.co Compared to many other units I have visited of friends, I love my building more and more. Great floorplans and since most of the units are large, we have a lot of families and grown up adults living in the building. thedirt.co
